1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Grievances Portal ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App materials (information or software) on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. The App is made available solely for the purpose of facilitating grievance submission and resolution.

2.1 Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the content for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the App
• Systematically download and store all content from the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
• Commit fraud or hold yourself out as a different person
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App
• Share your login credentials with others

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to interfere with the App's functionality

• Repeatedly submitting frivolous or duplicate grievances

5.3 Grievance Submission

Users who submit grievances certify that:

• The grievance is based on truthful and accurate information
• They have a legitimate grievance to resolve
• Any attached images or documents are their own work or they have permission to share them
• The grievance does not violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights
• They are authorized to file the grievance

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Grievances Portal or licensed to us and protected by international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited license to view and use the App for personal purposes only. Any other use is prohibited without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute your submission for the purposes of operating the App and resolving grievances.

7. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These links are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms and privacy policies, which you should review carefully.

8. User-Generated Content

8.1 License Grant

By submitting grievances, images, or other content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content.

8.2 Removable Content

We may remove any content that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Violates applicable laws
• Infringes on others' rights
• Is deemed inappropriate or harmful
• Contains harmful code or malware

8.3 No Obligation to Monitor

While we strive to maintain appropriate standards, we are not obligated to monitor or pre-screen user-submitted content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of this policy.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Your submission of false or misleading information

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conducts that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our services.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmitting information over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

You acknowledge that you are using the App at your own risk and that we are not liable for any security breaches or unauthorized access to your information, except as required by applicable law.

The App facilitates grievance submission and tracking, but we do not guarantee:

• A specific resolution to your grievance
• A certain timeline for resolution
• That all grievances will be accepted
• That grievances will be acted upon in any particular manner

The actual resolution of grievances is the responsibility of the relevant administrative departments or institutions.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App or website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the App operator is located, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
